1. Data controller

A la Corda Música is the controller of the personal data you provide to us through this website. You can contact us at info@alacordamusica.com.

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form: name, email, instrument and message, in order to handle your enquiry and offer you guidance.

Newsletter: name, email address and, if provided, phone, in order to send you our monthly newsletter, always with your express consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us or via the link included in each issue.

We do not use your data to build profiles or transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time, and on handling your request when you write to us (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Data retention

We will keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts (e.g. while you remain subscribed to the newsletter) or as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and afterwards for the applicable legal periods.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@alacordamusica.com, stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
